Due to practicality and the material of my products, I do not usually offer refunds or exchanges, but if you have an issue please message me and I will do my best to sort it out! Please note that if you are returning any artworks then you are responsible for shipping costs.

In the unfortunate event that the item becomes damaged in the post, please reach out with photographic evidence as I will need it for claims purposes.
